As a licensed Realtor®, I can market your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that serves a large portion of northern Illinois. Homes listed in the MLS are viewable to other agents working with buyers. Third party home sales sites (Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.) pull listings from the MLS so your home is also marketed that way. And—back to #1—because of the relationships I’ve built, I may already know someone who would be interested in your home. I also use social media, traditional media, open houses and other tools to market homes.

As a Realtor® I have specialized and up-to-date training. I also have decades of experience with the local market and have a deep understanding of historic sales in our area. I can conduct a detailed analysis of comparable properties for sale, and that have already sold, to help set an appropriate selling price for your home based on your goals. I can also give you candid advice on how to improve your home’s prospects in the current market and explain market trends and forecasts.

As an experienced negotiator, I try to maximize terms and avoid surprises during a transaction. As your agent, it’s my job to advocate for you as a deal comes together.

While it’s certainly possible to sell your home yourself, there is a lot of work that goes into it. Save the hassle of multiple phone calls, emails, requests and unplanned knocks on your door, and have me handle that for you.
